What are the most common questions customers ask you?
Customers often inquire about delivery times.
We work along side our Amazon store, which means we can offer quick and tracked delivery. Most customers get their products within 1-3 days.
Eco friendly
We have started to offer more eco range products. Whilst they are not fully biodegradable yet. We try to source products made of wood pulp, coconut fibres and bamboo.
Can I cancel my order?
Generally within 12 hours we have started dispatch of your products. If we can we will refund before this 12 hour window we will. If not, once items arrive with you, you are able to make a return and be refunded that way. Depending on the bank refunds generally take 3-5 days.
